What We Do
1. Resource Consent
Every building project must comply with the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) and the Building Act 2004 (the Building Act). These laws define the situations in which you need a resource consent and/or a building consent; and what you need to do to get them.Some activities may either be specifically authorised by the RMA or be permitted activities authorised by rules in plans.Our experience and relations in the field enable us to guide our clients through this process with ease and efficiency.
2. New Build
We encourage you to dream, explore and join us on a journey to create a home that is uniquely tailored to your personality and the way you live.We will bring the best of experts from our network to design and build your home – within your budget and keeping your family’s wishes and vision in mind. As challenging as it is, building a new custom home is a wonderful experience. And we will be there to ensure every small detail is looked into and managed perfectly. 3. Building Consent
We understand the complex consenting requirements for construction projects and our long standing relationships with consent authorities means we can address issues with the right people.
4. Renovations
Whether your kitchen needs sprucing up, or your deck has to be redesigned, we guide design teams to keep to the agreed brief, timeframes and budgets, monitoring key deliverables at each milestone. The size of the project doesn’t matter to us as much as attention to detail and meeting all our clients’ needs.
5. Engineering Plan Approval
The Engineering Plan Approval (often shortened to a “EPA”) gives permission for civil engineering works for infrastructure that will be vested to Council, i.e. infrastructure that will become 'public' and under the control and responsibility of Council.
